Paul R. Milone: Co-Founder and Chairman:
Mr. Milone co-founded Seenex in 2001 and is also a partner in WSN
Capital Partners, a specialty investment banking firm, and in ISV
International, a global advisory group. Through his experience as
founder and operator of two successful import marketing groups, ISV
International and Intersport Limited, Mr. Milone has built a practice
that both develops entrepreneurial ventures as well as works with
senior management of diverse businesses ranging from sports apparel
groups to technology firms. He provides a wealth of experience in
strategic financing and developing new market opportunities for established
and emerging growth businesses. Mr. Milone received his B.A. from
Princeton University and his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia
Darden School of Business Administration.
Paul R. Chase, CEO and Director:
Mr. Chase serves as CEO and President of Seenex. As such, he is responsible
for establishing policy and maintaining direct oversight over the business
development, program management and technical services functions of the
company. He works closely with his team to set strategic goals, establish
and manage strategic relationships, and explore and pursue merger and
acquisition strategies and opportunities. Previously, Mr. Chase was the
President and Chief Executive Officer of CCI, Incorporated, a professional
technical services firm, specializing in engineering and logistics services
for U.S. Naval Aviation Programs. Mr. Chase, who has over 25 years of
professional experience, founded CCI in 1986. Started in Arlington, VA,
CCI supported clients in several states, including California, Florida, Illinois,
Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
In 2002, Stanley Associates acquired CCI, and Mr. Chase remained President
and CEO of CCI, a wholly owned subsidiary, as well as became VP of Navy
Programs for Stanley Associates, until 2004. Born in Valparaiso, Chile,
Mr. Chase is a naturalized U.S. citizen and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from
Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Government from Georgetown
University.
David Jones, Director of Technical Services:
Mr. Jones heads up all technical and service operations for Seenex. He is an
experienced technician in the automatic door and technical services market.
He holds numerous certifications both with the FAA, and others including SES,
SEL, Power Plant Mechanic and AAADM. Prior to joining Seenex, Mr. Jones
was with Automatic Door Service Technician and prior with Carolina door
where he would Install, troubleshoot and repair automatic personnel doors in
accordance with ANSI and AAADM standards including the installation of
activation and safety sensors. Prior to his experience in access point technology,
Mr. Jones developed his technical skills with the Alaska Air National Guard,
Eilelson AFB AK serving as a Jet Engine Mechanic troubleshooting, repairing,
inspecting and replacing components on KC-135 aircraft. Prior to that he was
in the Air Force where he worked with Aurora Air performing daily maintenance,
100 hour inspections on aircraft and engines; Performed NDI inspections on
critical components; Documented inspections and repairs in accordance with
FAA standards. Mr. Jones earned his degree at Embry Riddle Aeronautical
University and at West Virginia University.
John Bowles, Global Director of Business
Development
Mr. Bowles, a Washington, D.C. resident, has worked as a consultant
for more than 20 years. He has assisted major telecommunications companies
such as AT&T, Verizon, and SBC; and energy companies including
Ashland Chemical and Chevron-Texaco, in the development and implementation
of market-driven strategies. He is an expert in assisting sales and
marketing organizations introduce new products and build new markets.
Mr. Bowles holds a B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire
and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
